Description:

The fibres,250μm,are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic.

The tubes are filled with a waterresistant filling compound.A steel wire,sometimes sheathed with polyethylene(PE) for cable with high fiber count,locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core,which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress,then,the cable is completed with a PE sheath.

Product introduction

ADSS cable is loose tube stranded. 200um or 250um fiber is positioned into a loose tube which made of high modulus plastics. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After the cable core is filled with filling compound. After stranded layer of aramid yarns are applied, the cable is completed with PE sheath.
