Singlemode 12Core GYXTW Unitube Light-armored Cable For outdoor application
Description:
1. The fibers, either of single-mode or multi-mode type, are placed in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic.
2. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A piece of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member.
3. The tubes(and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core.
4. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress.
5.Then the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath.
6. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.
Characteriatic:
1. Two parallel steel wires ensure tensile strength
2. PSP enhances the cable crush resistance, impact resistance and moisture-proof.
3. Accurate fiber excess length ensures good mechanical and temperature performance.
4. Specially designed compact structure is good at preventing loose tubes from shrinking.
5. High strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant and special tube filling compound ensure a citical protection of fiber.
6. Small diameter, light weight and it is easy to be installed.
7. Crush resistance and flexibility.
